2 hour Birthday Package

Party and play in our gymnasium, there’s something for everyone. From bars and beams to a foam pit, there’s something for every child and party needs.

Available Times

During school terms –

Saturday only.

Times may be more flexible during school holidays

We Provide:

  • Arrive not earlier than 15 minutes before the party, guests should arrive 5 minutes before, vacate premises within 15 minutes of the end of the party. That will allow you 2.5 hours exclusive venue hire of the gymnasium

  • 1.5 hours of gymnastics activities and games, races or contests.

  • 1/2 hour broken up into 2x15 minutes periods to use the outside undercover party area for refreshments and cake

  • Tables, chairs, kettle, microwave. Also use of our residential size fridge/freezer space.

  • Party Hosted by qualified coaches

  • Fully structured program for birthday party fun activities on trampolines, beams, bars, fully sprung floor, foam pit and more

What you need to bring:

  • All party food and drinks

  • Plates, cups, cutlery etc.

  • Party decorations

  • Your own cake

  • Be aware of all children with food allergies.

What is expected of you:

  • Ensure each child has a Party Participant Form filled out.

  • You may bring any kind of food or refreshments (eg. birthday cake and drinks) that you would like served at the party. Be aware that children with food allergies may need to bring their own food.

  • Bring all party decorations you wish to use

  • Pay $100 non refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the party.

  • Call 1 week prior to the party to confirm the number of children attending the party

  • Final payment is due on the day of the party prior to the party beginning. We accept cash only for this payment.

A Reminder:

  • All children using the equipment and participating will be charged for.

  • Only during the allotted time will you be allowed out on gym floor

  • Payment must be paid in full at the start of the day of your party or prior to the party day

  • We must receive the Contract and Registration Waiver Form along with your deposit a minimum 2 weeks prior to your party date. If you have read and agree to all the above conditions, please sign and return the attached contract along with your deposit.

Party Cost:

2 hour party                Up to 14 children  $320           Each additional child   $20 each

 

Where participants have any special needs or the birthday child is turning 4 or 5 a surcharge of $60 is required to provide extra coaching staff for this younger age group

For Larger Parties we do recommend a longer party to ensure the children have enough time to use the equipment and eat as well without feeling too rushed

Extra time costs: Each 30 minutes extra will cost an extra $100 on top of the initial cost on top of additional child costs as stated above.

For Parties of 20 or more children we recommend 2.5 hours

For Parties of 30 or more children we recommend 3 hours

Click on any of the Blue Birthday Party Booking times. From here you can sign into your parent portal if you are already a member. 

You will have a few questions to answer to give us a better idea of what your child might like to do during their party. This way we can better prepare to make sure your child's party is the best party they have ever had.

How your child's birthday runs:

  • Please arrive only 15 minutes before the party start time. Your party instructor will greet you and help you set up the outdoor area for your guests if you like.

  • Guests should arrive 5 minutes before the party start time.

  • Your party instructors will lead the children through 3x 30 minutes blocks of gymnastics activities, circuits and games

  • Only children of your party list are able to use the gymnastics equipment. For safety and insurance reasons. All children using the equipment and participating will be charged for.

  • Whilst we understand that, as parents of the birthday child, you may wish to accompany the children and take photos, we require that other adults do not enter the gymnastics area.

  • The party will finish up with a group and family photo on the gymnastics equipment.

  • Once the photo is taken, party guests should thn be picked up. We suggest that lolly bags, if being distributed, are given out at this time while all assembled outside. 

  • Please then vacate the area within 15 minutes of the end time of the party. 

  • Please keep in mind that after the final party of the day staff will need to lock the gate to the entire complex before we can all go home, so please if you wish to stay and chat move cars down to the small parking area near the road/letterboxes so that staff can lock the gate and go home and not need to interrupt the conversations of families to move people on.
