How the session will run: Children will get signed in at the front desk. At the time of their session time the children will be allowed in past the gate with the coach. Warm up will be very minimal (if any) to ensure the coach will have enough time to properly evaluate all of your child's skills.

Please note that the end time is a guide, some assessments may finish quicker than others. Usually the higher the grade, the longer they will take.

Results: Results will be emailed out within a week to notify you if your child is ready to go up to the next grade or will need more work before they are ready.

Cost per child: $10 per booking

All payments for the day must be made at the time of booking in their assessment. Payments are made through Try Booking at the time of booking - Please remember that there is a surcharge for all payments.

Book in below by clicking on the date that suits you and then clicking on the time that best suits you. Each timeslot has a limited so that each child can have their one on one assessment done with a senior coach. Once the sessions are booked no extra bookings can be taken and a different timeslot will need to be chosen

What will happen if I don't show up on the day: These sessions are non refundable and non transferable. If you contact us in writing a minimum 48 hours before we can move the booking to another day or put a credit on your account for the $10 event fee. If the cancellation is made before the 48 hour period start, we can credit your account for the $10. We cannot credit the surcharges that are charged by Try Booking only the flat $10 fee.

Bookings will close 15 minutes before each session to allow organization time of each Assessment.

 

(Except the Saturday sessions they will close a few hours before as staff get in closer to the start time on those days)
