1. Statement of Commitment

Bounce Gymnastics is committed to providing the highest quality service at our facility. As one of the benefits of our services our club is happy to offer make up classes for their student. This policy excludes children within the competitive program.

2. Policy Application

This policy applies to the Bounce Gymnastics Director, Staff, Volunteers, Customers an all users of the clubs facilities

3. Policy Coverage

This policy serves to cover all requests of the make up classes made by our customers.

4. Roles and Responsibilities

Club Owner

Determine the make up allowance each calendar year

Determine the procedures for make up booking

Determine the procedures for make up recording

​

Administration Staff

Ensure all staff are following the correct procedures

Handles any disagreements, arguements and complaints associated with the matter

Approve all extensive or once off make ups

Members

Responsible to follow make up booking procedures, attending offered make ups by Bounce Gymnastics as per the rules outlined in this policy

5. Policy rules, breaches and consequences

There are some limitations and conditions of the make up options that we can offer:

• We will endeavor to find an available place for make up sessions to be made in an equivalent level class that has less participants than our ratio limits. 

• If there is no class to meet this condition, unfortunately we are unable to provide a make up class for your child

• Make-up classes are not limited, however changing often from regular classes hinders the development of relationships with peers in class and with the teacher, as well as in the make up classes which your child attends

• Make-up classes are accepted regardless of reason​​

• Make up classes can only be offered during term classes. No make up classes allowed during the school holidays for classes missed during the term.

• Make up classes can be booked though our parent portal which can be found either in our App or via the parent portal link on this website.

• All make up classes have a strict 2 month expiry, this includes the school holidays. Any classes not made up during this time will be forfeited.

• Missed classes will not be refundable, credited or to be used in place of the next terms classes.
