All bookings are done through Revolutionise Sport and payment is required at the time of booking.
Canteen will be open: Soft Drinks, Poppers, Water as well as lollies and other snacks. Hot food will also be available: Cheese toasties, Chicken Nuggets, Potato Gems(GF),
What will happen if I don't show up on the day:
We are now using a program called Revolutionise Sport for all of our events, so you will be required to pay when you book in for the event.
If you wish to cancel your booking after the fact, we will be able to refund the amount we are charging for the event as stated above. The extra fees charged by Revolutionise Sport cannot be refunded. Any cancellations must be made a minimum 2 days in advance. Any notice given less than 48 hours or no shows will not validate a refund
How the session will run: Children will get signed in at the front desk and receive a coloured wristband based on their age. At the time of their session time the children will be called by name out onto the floor to ensure we have the correct children present. Children only will be allowed in past the gate with the coach. Parents and those not taking part in the session are to stay behind the fences/gate at all times.
Warm up will be 10 minutes. The children will be split into groups and spend 20 minutes at each station before a quick cool down. Each group will visit each of the stations: Bars, Floor, Trampoline/Foam Pit and Ninja.
Children will be let go in groups to try and diverse the congestion of children putting their shoes on and grabbing their other items.
